Performance Coaching

Testing is the start. Getting better is the work that follows.

Twelve weeks in which your test data becomes a plan, and the plan becomes numbers that have measurably changed. No standard programme, but your focus areas in the right order.

Testing shows the problem. Coaching is the work that follows.

Before you commit twelve weeks, here is an honest view of when it pays off and when it does not.

Worth it if you

  • want to improve your test data, not just understand it
  • want to work on your focus areas in a structured way for twelve weeks
  • need a plan that is checked with a retest at the end
  • have a concrete sporting goal or a competition ahead

Not for you if you

  • are looking for a generic training plan
  • do not want your data recorded
  • do not want regular check-ins

Process

Twelve weeks between two measurement points.

Baseline in week 1, retest in week 12, and in between we adjust instead of hoping. We add an interim check if it fits your block.

  1. 01

    Week 1: Baseline

Initial assessment, goal setting and the question of what is realistic in your everyday life. The plan follows your week, not the other way round.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2 to 5: Build

The focus area with the biggest lever gets the most volume. Everything else is maintained, not developed.

  3. 03

    Week 6: Interim check

By arrangement, a short test block on the metrics we are working on. If nothing moves, we change the plan, not the expectation.

  4. 04

    Weeks 7 to 11: Execution

Higher intensity with weekly adjustment to load, sleep and competition calendar.

  5. 05

    Week 12: Retest

Full retest against the baseline. You get the progress report and the plan for the next block.

What is included

Support that does not stop at the plan.

  • Baseline

An assessment at the start, plus goal setting and the question of what is realistic in your week.

  • Individual training plan

Built around your focus areas. The area with the biggest lever gets the most volume, everything else is maintained.

  • Weekly check-ins

Usually via the VYTA App. If another way suits you better, we do it another way.

  • Ongoing adjustment

To load, sleep and competition calendar. The plan follows your week, not the other way round.

  • Interim check by arrangement

If the block allows it, we measure again along the way. It is not fixed, but often useful.

  • Final retest

The same protocol as at the start, plus the progress report and the plan for the next block.

Let’s talk about your next block.

In a first call we look together at whether working together fits and whether we can support you in a meaningful way.
